After many months of build up, last week we opened the doors to our newest addition to the Hotel du Vin & Bistro family – Bistro du Vin Soho.  We don’t like to brag but we are really excited for our latest addition, not only is it within one of the most exciting and dynamic areas of London with colourful characters galore, a constant street party atmosphere but there is also great food and now of course, some fantastic wines. We have even nicknamed it the ‘Red Wine’ district.  The setting has been created by our visionary Director of Interior Design Katrine Bradley who designs fresh, honest, calming yet eclectic interiors using an unusual mix of colour, materials and natural finishes. And yes this is our first dabble in the use of orange in our interiors which is a nod to the bistro cheeky personality.  A character which is further enhanced by the dedicated team heading up the bistro, including Ben Mulvaney the General Manager and host.
